

UGO was looking for a balance between what they wanted to say and what their customers wanted to hear. We started with brand codes. Because without them, it’s a bit like eating a salad. Without dressing.
What started as a small project has grown into an established brand with its own network of Salaterias and Freshbars. But while the visual identity and retail operations kept pace, the brand’s communications needed a clear direction.

We developed the "Life in Balance" concept, which perfectly captures the brand and its values.
At the same time, it opens up opportunities to engage with a broader target audience. UGO now speaks not only to those who care about their health, but also to those concerned with sustainability, the environment, and balance in all aspects of life.
The goal was to introduce the brand’s new direction to the public. Above all, we wanted to ensure that every visual and content element reflected UGO’s DNA.
In collaboration with the production agency Steezy Studio, we created dynamic video spots and static key visuals. The results appeared across all media, from online platforms to billboards and citylights.

Thanks to brand codes, UGO can present itself a little differently each time while still maintaining its signature style. Building on this solid foundation, we launched a follow-up campaign featuring nutrition specialist Petr Havlíček.
